Member usernames are generally the full email address. Passwords are automatically generated by the system when an account is created. Please click here and enter your IPNA username to change your password. If you do not remember your username or password, please email our Office office@theipna.org for more information.

We usually do not send out certificates automatically. If you want to obtain the certificate, please contact our Office by email office@theipna.org.

The IPNA membership is calendar-based membership, which means it starts by January the 1^st and ends in December the 31^st. You may renew your membership at the beginning of December, as soon as you receive the informative email from our Office, which says the renewal is open.

Please note that our association administration is based in Czech Republic in Europe, based in the Central European Time (CET) time zone.  We will respond to your query within three business days.

After you create an IPNA membership account and process the payment for membership, you will receive a confirmation email within three business days.

IPNA sends email through our membership portal and newsletter platform, which occasionally may get blocked by your spam filter. Please check the spam/junk mail folder; if you find the email in there, please remove the IPNA email from your spam list to prevent other email being misdirected to the spam folder. If email is not in your spam filter, please contact our office.

If you are interested in Emeritus membership, please send us your CV and brief cover letter. The executive committee will review your application. Please note that each Emeritus member must be an IPNA Member for the preceding 10 years (minimum).

The IPNA Call for volunteers is usually published a minimum of every three year. However, calls for additional positions do go out when there is a need for additional support. You can always send an e-mail to the IPNA Office to inquire about current opportunities.
