GREAT CARE FOR LITTLE KIDNEYS. EVERYWHERE.
IPNA announces 50 for 50 Campaign to secure the future. Fifty donor funds are being established to benefit programs long term.
In recognition of 50 years of service, IPNA has embarked on a 6-month campaign to secure 50 donor funds to help secure the future for IPNA programs.. The purpose of these funds is to enable individual and institutional patrons to designate which IPNA programs are supported in the future. IPNA has been an operating nonprofit charitable organization for 50 years and much has been accomplished thanks to the members dedicated to teaching and training. There are hundreds of pediatric nephrologists practicing in low resource communities who got their start with an IPNA fellowship. There are many more physicians and medical professionals who attend Congress, participated in a Teaching Course, a Sister Center, Saving Young Lives, or one of the other many programs IPNA has organized over the years. What is most remarkable is that IPNA has provided this vital support with all volunteers, and our membership is the reason why the programs have continued to make a difference.
Kidney disease in children continues to be a major challenge in many parts of the world and we must continue to do our part to improve patient outcomes where care is needed most. IPNA turned 50 this year and we are committed to keeping the effort going for another 50 years to insure IPNA’s mission for all children to receive treatment for kidney disease for years to come.
1. Pledge to contribute a minimum of $500 annually for a period of five years to the newly established IPNA ENDOWMENT. IPNA will use the Fund’s investment return to support its’ programs.
2. The second fund will be operated as a DONOR DIRECTED FUND where donor(s) will designate which program they wish to support. The funds will be used annually following the IPNA protocol for approvals. A DIRECTED FUND may be set up with a $200 minimum donation per year for a five-year term. With a minimum $5000 donation commitment, the FUND can be named in honor or memory of a specific person or organization.
Please consider supporting this initiative by joining this campaign with a commitment of the minimum donation or greater. Your donation will further strengthen our community medical systems around diagnosis and treatment to address the disparity in healthcare in developing nations. Help continue IPNA’s impact and join the 50 for 50 Campaign in caring for Little Kidneys TODAY!
