GREAT CARE FOR LITTLE KIDNEYS. EVERYWHERE.
Are you interested in career or project mentorship?
Are you willing to mentor a more junior member of IPNA and give back to our IPNA community?
We are looking for IPNA members to participate in our inaugural IPNA JEMs Program!’
Mentees: IPNA members interested in establishing or improving a clinical service and keen for some support? Figuring out how to launch or boost a research career? Looking for career advice and guidance?
Mentors: Do you have time to help support the next generation of paediatric nephrologists across the world? Do you have experiences that can help our more junior members?
The inaugural IPNA Junior Empowerment and Mentorship (IPNA JEMs) Program is launching this year. This program will pair up early career paediatric nephrologists with IPNA mentors from across the world to help achieve the mentee’s goals.
IPNA JEM pairs will be a 3 year term, with mentors and mentees expected to meet quarterly during this time.
We are seeking volunteers interested in the IPNA JEM Program – early career paediatric nephrologists and supportive, available, and committed IPNA mentors.
The deadline for expressions of interest close on June 12, 2022, after which successful mentor and mentee pairs will be informed before the program kicks off at IPNA Congress in Calgary.
