GREAT CARE FOR LITTLE KIDNEYS. EVERYWHERE.
Dear IPNA Members,
In 2022, we began our 3rd strategic planning process, resulting in a plan that helped guide us in our work with our membership and decision-making in support of our mission. Now, we’re ready to kick off our 4th plan to create a new/updated plan that reflects the current environment in which we work.
We have again engaged Susan Newton of Development Strategies Plus to lead us in this process. As part of this initiative, Susan’s work will include 4 key components that we have found to be incredibly successful in soliciting feedback from our members to ensure that we are meeting our society’s current and future needs. As in the past, this process will provide all of us a roadmap for further organizational development and growth. These components include:
Please know that we value your time and hope that you will respond to our survey when you receive it (launching in June). In addition, if you are contacted for a telephone interview, we hope you will take the time to participate. All input, whether through the survey or phone interview, matters. It is through your lens and the environment in which you work that we can learn the most from each of you.
All input is confidential and anonymous, and Susan Newton, our consultant, is the only person who will have direct access to survey and interview data.
Thank you in advance for your participation. We look forward to using the survey results to help IPNA further its mission.
Regards,
Franz Schaefer, MD IPNA President
Rukshana Shroff, MD IPNA President -Elect
