Introducing the IPNA Nephropathology Webinar Series

We are delighted to announce the inaugural webinar of the IPNA Nephropathology Webinar Series!

This educational initiative provides a high-quality, interactive learning platform for pediatric nephrologists and pathologists, including our fellows and trainees worldwide. By bringing together international experts we aim to strengthen education, foster mentorship, and promote collaborations between our communities.

Our learning objectives are:

  • Recognize the key histopathological features of pediatric kidney diseases.
  • Apply a systematic approach to the interpretation of pediatric kidney biopsies using light microscopy, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy.
  • Discuss the clinicopathological correlations and differential diagnoses of a wide spectrum of pediatric glomerular, tubular, interstitial, and vascular diseases.
  • Enhance multidisciplinary collaboration between pediatric nephrologists and pathologists to improve patient care.

These objectives align well with the educational goals of IPNA and emphasize both knowledge acquisition and practical application through interactive case-based learning.

Each webinar will feature a concise state-of-the-art lecture by an internationally renowned expert, followed by interactive clinicopathological case discussions moderated by pediatric nephrologists and discussed by a panel of nephropathologists. The case discussions are carefully designed to represent the broad spectrum of pediatric kidney diseases and encourage active participation from trainees and early-career faculty around the world.

We warmly invite you to join us for this exciting educational series!
