GREAT CARE FOR LITTLE KIDNEYS. EVERYWHERE.
Improving access to kidney care worldwide
Saving Young Lives (SYL) is a global initiative that helps hospitals in low-resource settings care for patients suffering from acute kidney injury (AKI). Without treatment, AKI can quickly become fatal, but with the right care it is often reversible.
SYL is a collaboration of three primary partners – ISPD, ISN, and IPNA – with the support of SFNDT and APSN, united by a shared goal: to stop children and adults from dying of a treatable condition.
