Information about IPNA World Kidney Day application form:

  • The application should be filed out by the person responsible for project
  • The application should include an indication for the project and details of what you intend to do during the program
  • Announcement and program materials should include the logo of IPNA
  • Once submitted, the IPNA Committee for evaluation your application. If you have any questions about the application, please write to office@theipna.org
  • After acceptance of your project, the financial support will be transferred to help you realize the program
  • After the event, a report will be needed with photos to summit to the IPNA site
