Renew your membership for 2022

Dear IPNA members and colleagues,

Thank you for being part of IPNA´s growth in 2021. We have had many new projects and initiatives this year including the first ASPN-IPNA Global Symposium in February and the Guidelines Workshop in March. In addition, we extended our collaboration with the ISN and introduced the new Grand Rounds in Pediatric Nephrology webinars. Our webinars have been very well attended and in the April session, we introduced a new concept by including children with Alport syndrome to illustrate the importance of patient-desired outcomes in our management strategies.

Our core educational programs have continued to thrive despite the COVID pandemic – there have been 25 teaching courses conducted this year in 17 countries across the world and 3 Junior Master Classes across the 3 continents. So far, 10 fellows have completed their training in 2021 and 2 new training centers for fellows have been officially recognized by IPNA.

These achievements would not have been possible without your support and the many members who have volunteered to join our IPNA committees to help us pursue our global mission. In 2022, the most important event on our calendar will be our triennial IPNA Congress in Calgary in September. This will be a hybrid event, and we hope that many of you will be there in person to learn, celebrate our success and plan for the future with colleagues from around the globe whom we have not had the opportunity to be with for the past 2 years!

The IPNA Renewals for 2022 are now open. To date, we have a record number of IPNA members, 1,989 and I would like to encourage you to renew your membership now. Besides all the usual member privileges, members will also get a discounted registration rate for the IPNA Congress in Calgary. As there were inquiries about multiple year membership, please note that as of 2022, you will be able to renew your subscription for 2 years.

Once again, thank you for being a part of our vibrant community and we are looking forward to your continued involvement in 2022.
