GREAT CARE FOR LITTLE KIDNEYS. EVERYWHERE.
Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to invite to the IPNA Webinar organized by the IPNA Green Nephrology Task Force.
Topic: Green Nephrology: Sustainable Kidney Care for Children Worldwide
Date & Time: Thursday 25 June, 3pm CET
Speakers: Mark Harber (UK) · Aysun Karabay Bayazıt (Türkiye) · Alberto Ortiz (Spain)
Co-Chairs / Moderators: Shazia Adalat (UK) & Rupesh Raina (USA)
Kidney care is resource-intensive and carbon-heavy, yet the environmental cost of how we deliver it is rarely measured, least of all in children. This inaugural webinar from the IPNA Green Nephrology Taskforce brings together global perspectives on making paediatric kidney care more sustainable: the international landscape of green nephrology, first findings from IPNA’s global sustainability survey, and the case for prevention as the highest-leverage environmental intervention of all.
Objective: to equip paediatric nephrologists, allied health professionals, and policymakers with practical, deliverable approaches to reducing the footprint of kidney care while improving outcomes for children everywhere.
