GREAT CARE FOR LITTLE KIDNEYS. EVERYWHERE.
IPNA Members – We are pleased to share our progress, with much of its success due to the many members that provided feedback on the draft 2026-2028 Strategic Plan. You can find the IPNA Plan Feedback Summary by clicking here (LINK).
So what happens now to get this plan across the finish line? All Committee Chairs will receive their assignments which will show them the Goals/Strategies for which they need to create activities (action plan) that will bring that strategy to life. Please know these are not being done in isolation. Committee Chairs are expected to work with their committee members to gather input. Members that are not on Committees but have a specific interest in specific Goals/Strategies should reach out to the respective Chairs to participate. The more inclusive the process, the better the end result for IPNA and the children for whom we care and dedicate our work.
We will provide a sample to all Committees so it’s clear what you need to provide as well as dates for completion. Susan Newton, our SP Consultant, will be available to review your work, answer questions and guide you through the process.
We appreciate your feedback and continued support and energy to creating a Strategic Plan that reflects IPNA’s needs in order to achieve our mission. The link, above, provides a very clear roadmap to put together the activities for the specific Goals and Strategies.
We thank you once again for your willingness to provide the best programs and services for our membership, patients and their families. More detailed information for this final phase will be sent out in the next week.
