We are facing many challenges around the world with wars, budget cuts and the funding reductions from the current US Government Administration that affect so many needy programs around the world. It is important for me and IPNA leadership to recognize your unwavering support of IPNA programs and your commitment to improving the lives of children with kidney disease. Your time and generosity help us expand our reach and enhance our programs during this time of need.

We are excited about several recent landmark efforts:

• A successful IPNA Congress in Cape Town — our first time hosting in Africa, bringing the pediatric nephrology community together globally in this region.
• The launch of the new IPNA Pediatric Nephrology Curriculum, which aims to harmonize training worldwide by identifying best practices and fostering exchange among regional educators and networks.
• The introduction of the 50 for 50 Campaign, establishing donor funds in celebration of IPNA’s 50th anniversary to support long-term programs and initiatives.
