2026 Draft Strategic Planning Feedback Survey

IPNA Members – As promised, following the Strategic Panning Retreat in Prague, you should have now had a chance to review the two key documents that formed the basis for the retreat deliberations and ultimately, the draft plan.

1. The PPT deck IPNA 2025 Data Summary that formed the foundation for the retreat (summarizing interviews and survey results)

2. The draft strategic plan and retreat notes (IPNA 2025 Retreat Notes)

The key result from that meeting is the Draft Strategic Plan, 2026-2028, including 4 Goals and respective Strategies to accomplish the Goals. This is your opportunity to provide feedback on these groupings. Was anything missed? Are these responsive to what the data shows?
